How this will be done:

To start off, guides will be created for the foundational skills required to thrive in the digital economy. These guides will be made via experienced individuals in the niche of the playbook.

→ Can leverage coordinators, instructors, employees and their personal experiences to make clear, actionable, and genuine advice for the women to grow

→ These guides will be available in three main languages; will be translated and verified

• Arabic
• English

The guides will be found on our digital platform, as can be seen in slide 12 and 13.

• The guides will be updated constantly & feature women who have leveraged them to secure some form of position/job (highlight success and motivate)

This keeps the motivation of the women who are working hard. It also excites her peers and pushes them to continue to strive for a job that they love.

→ cover technical topics, people skills, mentorship program, networking, content, and life skills.

Examples of guides that will be created:

1. How to ace an interview
2. Building a website
3. Guide to Microsoft office
4. How to put together a resume

These guides will 10x their potential. They will be given resources, but will put their skills into practice themselves with the help of their mentors, staff in the cafe, and other women around them.
