Pilot Program (6 months )

The pilot program consists of 1 location, located in Rabat (the capital)

→ Its one of the highest populated and developed regions in Morocco, with easy access to modern technology and potential

→ Highest possibility of local digital-related employment for women

Extension Up to 2026

As aforementioned, there will be a year over year growth of 5 internet cafes until 2026 - resulting in 31 internet cafes in total by 2026

→ Aside from Rabat, there are ~10.3 million other females in urban morocco, spread across all other urban demographics

→ The remaining internet cafes will be equally distributed among these regions, with diversity among each yearly development

→ Target areas (major cities)

• Tangier
• Casablanca
• Marrakesh
• Ouarzazate
• Among other cities (these take priority)

Logistics

• Feme cafes will be converted from pre-existing buildings (rent to buy) and renovated to create the comfortable and motivating environment presented in our pitch
• Technological infrastructure will also be implemented (large internet bandwidth, computers, etc)
• The café can now run
